KEC 1
This course aims to introduce participants to the fundamental skills of whitewater kayaking, all in a safe environment and on calm water. The objective is to learn how to stabilize your boat after losing balance, how to execute precise courses in flat water, and an introduction to the concept of Eskimo roll.

This course aims to develop the skills and knowledge necessary for whitewater paddling. The main objective is to transfer the skills acquired in the KEC1 course to Class I-II rapids, taking advantage of the river's characteristics for the paddler's benefit.

This course aims to make intermediate kayakers independent on rivers. Objectives include safety, lateral movement, anchored turns, stabilization while off-balance, precise navigation, and Eskimo roll. Participants will learn to paddle with confidence and skill in Class II-III conditions.

Each instructor holds a "Whitewater Instructor 2 (I2)" certification from Canoe Kayak Canada / Eau vive Québec.
